Navacon was contracted to complete site servicing for the development a Parkland Ancaster which is a 55+ Lifestyle Community offering premium retiring living. The project includes site servicing, the construction of a parking lot, bio swales, excavation of footings, backfilling and bringing the building to slab-on-grade, the construction of infiltration galleries, and the installation of a Stormceptor oil grit separator.
