Navacon was contracted to conduct site servicing for the initial phase of development of Brantford’s Granite Telephone City Logistics Centre business park, located along the Hardy Road-Oak Park Road corridor. The initial phase includes a 409,000 square-foot building which will occupy nearly a quarter of the centre’s total area. In addition to site servicing, the ICI project includes parking lot construction, curbs, sidewalks, footing excavation, the installation of bio swales and a Stormceptor oil grit separator, and backfilling and bringing the building to slab-on-grade.
