Reconstruction Summary

  • Upgrade of the existing storm sewer, sanitary sewer and watermains
  • New outlet for the storm system along Waterloo Collegiate Institute from Columbia Street to Spruce Street
  • Replacement of the existing sanitary and water services from the new mains to the property line
  • Replacement of curb and gutter, sidewalks, and asphalt roadway
  • Addition of a Multi-use trail on Hickory Street
  • Streetscape and pedestrian lighting improvements
